Tools required:

Buy this cartridge rather than refill it.
  1. Feel for the hole under the label or peel the label back slightly.
  2. Draw 13 ml of black ink or 6 ml of color ink into the syringe.
  3. Insert the needle into the fill hole on top of the cartridge. DO NOT OVER PENETRATE THE CARTRIDGE.
  4. Inject the ink into the cartridge VERY SLOWLY.
  5. You do not have to reseal the fill hole. It will act as an ink vent.

NOTE: LEXMARK SELLS TWO TYPES OF CARTRIDGE, A #100 AND A #100A. THE #100 IS NOT REFILLABLE! YOU WILL PAY EXTRA FOR THE #100a, BUT IT IS REFILLABLE. THIS ALSO GOES FOR THE #108 AND #108A.
