- Securely seal the feed hole on the bottom
of the cartridge with good adhesive tape. - Locate the circular depression closest to the
feed hole. This is the fill hole.
- Remove the cap from the correct color ink
bottle and push the needle through the fill
hole seal. The needle will puncture the seal.
Angle the needle until it penetrates the
cartridge about 3/4”. This area is an open
space, you will not puncture anything critical. - SLOWLY squeeze the bottle injecting ink into the cartridge. This cartridge has an ink channel maze and foam in it. You must go SLOWLY to enable the ink to be absorbed.
- Let the cartridge rest upside down for 30 minutes and then fill again. DO NOT OVERFILL.
- Replace the cap on the ink bottle and blot away excess ink.
- Seal the puncture with adhesive tape. Run your finger around the fill hole to ensure an airtight seal.
- Let the cartridge sit upside down for 30 minutes.
- DO NOT remove the tape from the feed hole on the bottom.
- Hold the cartridge right side up. If the cartridge leaks, you must reseal
the fill hole. IT MUST BE AIRTIGHT.
